After a long wait I finally got my cartridge, but it would seem they forgot to put the THC in it. This stuff has very little kick or effect. Cheaper to just vape air

the effects are really good. the oil is a nice color, you can tell it's high quality. good flavor on the chemical x if you like flavored vapes. i do prefer a more weedy taste to this myself but there's nothing wrong with this at all

They told me they would refund me for this worthless bunk cart but never did…they did delete my previous review tho… stick to their budget flower because their carts are not worth ten dollars let alone $25 or $35 when I bought them. They also dropped the price and put them on sale after my negative review so I wonder who is telling the truth here. Your move tends😂🫵🏼💩🛒

As mentioned in previous emails, we offered a refund or replacement pending a video review of the cartridge’s performance, since you reported a malfunctioning cart that was no producing vapor. Requesting video and/or photo evidence is standard policy does not guarantee a refund or replacement – We first need to verify that the cartridge isn’t functioning properly.

After reviewing your video, we found the cartridge was producing a normal amount of vapor, so we weren’t able to approved a refund. This was explained in our last email.

You also mentioned that the effects were not as expected. We understand how this can be disappointing, but since cannabinoids affect everyone differently; however, because cannabinoids effects everyone differently, we’re unable to guarantee specific effects. We are unable to offer refunds based on personal preference of taste or effects. For this reason, we couldn’t offer you a refund at the time.

Lastly, we want to assure you that we don’t delete reviews – we value transparency and keep all feedback, good or bad.

Attach to Your Battery

Gently screw your cartridge onto any standard 510 thread battery — avoid overtightening, as this can damage the connectors. Our iKrusher Tux hardware fits most 510-thread batteries.

Set Your Voltage

Start low. We recommend between 2.4V and 3.0V for the smoothest draw. Higher voltages can burn the oil and affect flavor.

Take a Slow Draw

Press and hold your battery button while inhaling slowly for 2–3 seconds. Short, gentle puffs preserve flavor and prevent clogging. Avoid "sucking" on the cartridge like a straw — drawing too hard can force distillate into the mouthpiece and clog the cartridge. Please note that controls vary by battery — some are inhale-activated and require no button at all. Refer to your battery's instructions for use.

Store It Properly

Store your cartridge upright at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. This keeps the oil viscous and prevents leaking.

Troubleshooting

If your cart clogs, try a gentle dry hit without activating the battery to clear the airway. Never use high heat to unclog.
