Do you offer samples?
Yes, samples are available at wholesale pricing once you're approved for a wholesale account. Your representative will be able to give you more information regarding product samples.
How does wholesale pricing work? Do you offer net terms?
For custom wholesale projects, we require a 50% down-payment before we can get a project started. The remaining balance is due before we can ship your order. Payment terms can be negotiated with your wholesale representative and approval is at our discretion.
How long does shipping and fulfillment take?
Once your order is ready and any unpaid balances are processed, we can get your order shipped out within 2 business days.
What products are available for white labeling?
All of our products are available for white labeling dependent on stock — Edibles, Flower, Vapes, Concentrates. If you can think of it, we can help get it ready for your brand.
Do you offer graphic design services?
Our in-house Graphic Designer is happy to help with all of your graphic needs — whether that's creating a new brand identity or updating your current labels, we have everything you need. If you prefer to handle your own graphics, we can provide templates for your designers to work from.
How do I get approved for a wholesale account and how long does it take?
To get started, fill out the inquiry form above. Once we receive it, we'll send over our Client Intake Form. After you return the completed form, approval usually takes just a few minutes. Please note that we reserve the right to terminate approval at any time.
Do I need a business license to apply?
Wholesale accounts are available to up-and-coming and established online or brick-and-mortar stores with an active EIN/Federal Tax ID. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct-to-consumer wholesale accounts.
Are your products federally legal?
Yes — all of our products are federally compliant with less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, in accordance with the 2018 Farm Bill.
