Refunds & Returns

If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may request a return for a full refund, replacement, or exchange in accordance with the Return Policy outlined below.

Elegibility for Returns

Returns are accepted at the discretion of 10 Dollar Cartridge and must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: You must request a return within fifteen (15) days of delivery.
  • Condition: Undamaged items must be unopened and in their original condition. We do not accept returns on used products under any circumstances.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: Broken or defective products may be eligible for replacement or refund upon submission of photographic evidence, subject to our discretion.
  • Incorrect or Damaged Items Upon Delivery: If you receive an incorrect, mislabeled, or damaged item, please notify us within seven (7) days of delivery. Approved returns will be eligible for replacement or refund upon submission of photographic evidence, subject to our discretion.

Requesting a Return

To initiate a return, contact us at support@10dollarcartridge.com with valid proof of purchase. Please reach out as soon as you notice an issue with your order. If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label via email.

Reporting an Issue

If you encounter any issues with your order or product, please contact us immediately at support@10dollarcartridge.com. To expedite the resolution, please include the following items if applicable:

  • Your Name
  • Your Order Number
  • An Explaination of the issue you are experiencing in as much detail as possible
  • A copy or photo of your packing slip
  • A photo of the product you received in the condition you received it in
  • A photo or video clearly showing the issue you are experiencing.

We reserve the right to require the return of any product before issuing a refund. Inspection of the product may be required at the discretion of 10 Dollar Cartridge. 

Restocking Fee

Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee at the discretion of 10 Dollar Cartridge.

Refunds and Replacements

Refunds, replacements, or exchanges may be subject to the return of the original product at the discretion of 10DC staff. If approved, refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank may require an additional 2–4 business days to clear the funds. You will receive an email notification once your refund is successfully processed.

Refunds may be issued either:

  • To the original form of payment, or
  • As store credit through our Points & Rewards system, based on your preference.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless:

  • The order is conceled prior to shipment.
  • Items were damaged in transit due to USPS error.
  • The package was returned undelivered due to an error by USPS. Shipping is non-refundable for packages returned due to an error with information input at checkout.

Additional Terms

Both refunds and exchanges are contingent upon the return of the original product, at the discretion of 10DC staff. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for approved returns. Refunds or exchanges will not be processed until the returned item(s) have been received, inspected, and accepted by our team.

Requests for returns or refunds on opened products as a result of a personal dislike of flavor, effects, or otherwise will not be accepted. 10DC cannot guarantee specific effects as our products are user specific and we cannot guarantee each product will align with personal taste.

If a change in state or federal regulations prohibits the shipment of certain products, all delivered orders containing those products will be considered final and are not eligible for return or replacement. We will proactively notify customers of significant regulatory updates through our newsletter.
