I've enjoyed their hte a lot. On my last order of ridgeline runtz I was disappointed. Upon opening the vile it made a pressurized noise when taking off the cap like opening a can of soda. The product then began to foam up and started seeping out of the vile. I contacted their customer service on July 14th 2025 and have not had any contact back. I'm worried the product may still be full of solvents and may not be entirely safe to use. I've began trying to source my hte elsewhere.

Thank you so much for your honest review. We apologize for the delay in responding, but we have since sent you a reply. As stated in the email, we’ve consulted our production team and want to assure you that our HTE is completely solvent-free, and this occurrence is natural. Occasionally, some containers can burst open when opened due to heat and pressure during production and shipping.
To package the HTE, we heat it to achieve a consistency that allows easy filling into vials and jars. These containers are sealed immediately after pouring, and some are filled a little hotter than others. This heat can create pressure inside the jar. Normally, this isn’t an issue, but with summer temperatures rising, shipping can increase the pressure, causing the effect you described.

All in all its pretty good. Has kind of a different taste. I dont want to say soap but ehh its definitely off. But not terrible. I like it but dont think id try any of the others before trying somewhere else

i ordered a 2ml of the sour runtz to try, was great so i decided to order 3 more 2ml vials. the effects are what i’m looking for but im very disappointed because the second order i got of sour runtz taste and smell like sulfur. right effects, wrong taste. going to try some other strains and see how they are. not giving up on 10DC yet 😁
