What's the difference between Delta-8, Delta-9, and THCa?

Delta-8 and Delta-9 are both forms of THC that produce psychoactive effects. Delta-9 is the THC most commonly associated with Marijuana and causes the typical "high" associated with cannabis. Delta-8, on the other hand, is said to feel similar to Delta-9 albeit more mild in comparison. THCa is non-psychoactive in its raw form but converts to Delta-9 THC when heated – so smoking or vaping THCa produces effects similar to other forms of THC. CBD, CBN, and CBG are all non-intoxicating cannabinoids with their own unique effects.

How do I know which product is right for me?

It depends on your desired effects and experience level. Use our filters to browse by cannabinoid, strain type, potency, and effects. If you're new to hemp-derived THC, we recommend starting with a low potency product and working your way up.

Is it legal?

Yes—hemp-derived cannabinoids like Delta-8, THCa, CBD, CBN, and CBG are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill, as long as the products contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. However, some states have their own laws that may restrict or ban certain cannabinoids, especially intoxicating ones. Always check your local regulations before purchasing.

Are your products safe?
