ALL TENDC products are made in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill and contain <0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. Because they fit within these federal rules, our products can be shipped legally across state lines and delivered to most of the U.S.
The 2018 Farm bill gives us the ability to ship all our products within the United States. We currently ship to every state except Idaho and Oregon. While we will continue shipping our products per federal guidelines, we ask that you please follow your local laws and regulations accordingly, and avoid the purchase of any state banned hemp derived products.
Hemp rules can get pretty complicated and state laws surrounding our products are complex and constantly changing. We've provided this overview to help you understand what products may be permitted where you live. This guide is a helpful reference, but for the most accurate and detailed information, we encourage you to review your local regulations.

Under the same law, all smokable and inhalable hemp products are illegal to possess within the state as of July 2025. Legal hemp edibles are limited to 10mg THC per serving with a 40mg maximum per package. Alabama uses a computed Total THC formula (Delta-9 THC% + (0.877 * THCa%)) to calculate the legal potency of a product.
